Books are a wonderful and portable way to learn from other people’s experiences and wisdom. Those marked with a * I consider essential reference material in every woman’s library.

Music is said to be the language of the soul and who would dispute that music has the power to change our mood and lift our spirits?  These musical artists keep me frequent company in both my personal life as well as my teaching and healing life.

Meditation allows us to be attentive to all parts of ourselves, our experiences and the wisdom of our bodies. Through meditation, we can learn to decipher, evaluate, and transform the experiences in our everyday and bring compassion and gentleness to our thoughts and a willingness to listen to the quiet voice of our wisdom within us.
